We start with a detailed call with the hiring manager. We document the technical requirements, team structure, cultural fit, and success metrics. If the JD needs refinement, we help.

We source from Naukri, Shine, PitchNhire, LinkedIn, our internal database, and referrals. Every candidate is pre-screened against the role — no bulk forwarding.

Shortlist & Submission
We submit a curated shortlist of 3–5 candidates with full executive profiles, resume, fit assessment, and availability. You receive ready-to-interview candidates.

Interview Coordination
We schedule interviews with the candidate, client, and panel. Reminders go out 24 hours and 2 hours before. We stay on top of confirmations and reschedules.

We coordinate offer letters, salary negotiation, and notice period discussions. We keep both sides aligned to close the offer smoothly.
